  • An unboxing video or clear pictures are required for proof at the time of exchange request.

  2. Share your order number, product details, and unboxing proof.

  3. Ship the item back to our provided return address.

  4. Once inspected, we will process your exchange within 3โ€“5 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product received was faulty or damaged.
